Here is the teaser for FUSION! I spent the last 10 months crafting a fitness dvd that I thought would be cool. I didn’t want to make another one of the fake feeling, crappy looking, poor sounding workout dvds. FUSION is an MMA inspired routine created by my partner and friend Josh Rogers. It is super fun to do and I think that it has some of the highest production value you can find in exercise and fitness dvds. We are having a release party in early December so keep your eyes peeled. I am going to be posting more previews and updated on the facebook page too. If you have tried P90X with Tony Horton then definitely try out RFS FUSION.
